After 20 years of serving New York City as a law enforcement officer, Jesse Quiles felt called to keep going. Having always gone above and beyond on the force, Jesse pursued security gigs around the greater New York City metropolitan area so he can continue to protect those in need. His recent experience at Xavier High School inspired him to go the extra mile and to protect and serve his community with his colleagues on the ESP team.

With 25 years of service to New York City, John Livia has a calling to serve and a strong desire to continue giving back to the people of the city he was born and raised in. John retired from the force as a law enforcement officer in 2015 and has since pursued myriad security gigs in New York. His recent experience at Xavier High School and his work serving and working with its community have only strengthened his determination to protect and serve.
